Well Wishes

Dear all

We hope that you are keeping safe during these strange times.

As you know since March of this year, the government has imposed a lockdown which has meant events such as weddings have not been able to go ahead.

The government has mentioned that it hopes weddings can continue by early July 2020; however, this is dependent on whether or not the threat of the virus continues to reduce.

As you may know, we are due to be married on the 20th of August 2020. We originally planned to have over 280 guests and if you are reading this message, you are one of those 280 special people whom we wanted to invite to our special day.

Unfortunately, it's unlikely that a wedding of this size will be able to go ahead by August. As a result, for the safety of our families, friends, and loved ones we have now decided to cancel the venue where we originally planned to get married.

As you can imagine, we are really eager to start our lives together this year and hope that you can all support our decision to continue to get married on this day with whatever restrictions that may remain in place over this time. This might mean just us and two witnesses or us and our parents and siblings. We don't really know yet and we continue to wait for the government's announcement.

We really do wish that we could have everyone physically present on the day and we still hope that we can find a way to incorporate you all within our day in some way.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for those of you who have already booked time off work,  accommodation, and travel we really do wish the circumstances were different.

Please continue to keep us in your prayers as we journey closer to starting our lives together.

Hopefully one day soon we will all get to meet again.

We love you all!
God bless xxx
