announce the death of

 

Bishop Martin Howard Simmonds

 

Who  transitioned at home on Sunday 19th May 2019 to be with the Lord.

 

The family thank you for your prayers and support during his illness and would request you continue to pray the peace of God which passes all understanding, for the family at this sad time.

 

He has fought the good fight, he has finished his course, he has kept the faith: henceforth there is laid up for him a crown of righteousness (abridged from 2 Timothy 4:7-8).

 

The Homegoing Celebration Service will take place

 

Friday, 21st June 2019 at 10.30am.

 

Service and Repast will be located at

Trinity Park Conference and Events Centre, Felixstowe Road, Ipswich, IP3 8UH

 

The Internment will be located at

Millennium Cemetery, 320 Tuddenham Road, IP4 3QJ

The family has requested that no flowers should be brought or sent to the family or church, however, donations may be made to
